Sometimes simply called an “armonica”, it is an instrument that was created by Benjamin Franklin. It is both an enhancement and a simplification of the principle of creating music on wine glasses. There is a series of incrementally-larger glass bowls mounted on a spinning horizontal bar. It’s not as refined as the harp (in fact, it sounds rather coarse), but it seems like it could be with some careful sizing modifications.
